Huntersure launches Media E&O program to manage media and entertainment risk
Huntersure, Starwind’s specialist underwriting company, has announced the launch of its media errors and omissions (E&O) program, expanding its professional liability capabilities with specialized core and advanced solutions for media and entertainment risks.
The program has a cap of up to $5 million and is intended for a wide range of media organizations and professionals, including broadcasters, publishers, advertising agencies, authors, sports organizations and producers.
Huntersure offers primary E&O forms for media on cases or allegations, as well as E&O for excess media, as well as the ability to consider hybrid E&O and cybercrime for media risks.
The insurance can be tailored to the insured’s specific media content and operations and includes open risk and duty to defend language with 100% defense cost sharing. Additional features include social media and advertising content coverage, contextual E&O, unforeseen bodily injury and property damage, automatic additional coverage, and title, music copyright, video clip and footage coverage.
